This is the recorded version of the Shred 2EZ exercise class Volume 2 with a full month work load. You’ll be able to use the link provided for every class as many times as you would like and during any time of the day. Get active from any where in the world! This is volume two, which means the intensity is on double time!
This 30 Day shred class is exactly how it sounds. Get in shape with a variety of cardio focused movements combined with core/abs, legs, and arms. No matter your fitness level, you can raise or decrease the intensity to your pace. Nonetheless, You Will Be Drenched!
WHAT IT INCLUDES:
- 25 workouts with a quick title description for emphasis, each just around 30 minutes (you will be able to pause anytime)
- 1 recovery movement sequence (which I’d recommend you use it in the middle of every week. We want the same routine so that we can consistently improve or mobility.)
